About Us

Rengifo Parkinson's Foundation Inc. is a Miami, Florida nonprofit dedicated to educating people about Parkinson's disease and connecting people living with Parkinson's, and their families, with helpful resources.

Our mission

Our mission is to raise awareness and understanding of Parkinson's disease and to help people affected by it find the information, support, and resources they need to live safer, fuller lives.

Our founder

The Foundation was founded and is chaired by Rodney Rengifo, a physician assistant who has seen firsthand the challenges Parkinson's disease brings to patients and their loved ones.

Nonprofit status

Rengifo Parkinson's Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization (EIN 85-1346563), recognized as tax-exempt since October 2020. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
