This website, letsbeatparkinsons.org (the "Site"), is operated by Rengifo Parkinson's Foundation Inc. ("the Foundation," "we," "us," or "our"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Miami, Florida. By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Purpose of the Site and no medical advice

The Site provides general information about Parkinson's disease, our programs, and related resources. Content on the Site is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Always talk with your doctor or another qualified health care provider about any medical questions. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911.

3. Donations and merchandise through third-party services

We do not sell products or process payments directly on this Site.

• Donations are made through our Square donation page (https://rengifo-parkinsons-foundation-inc.square.site), operated by Square.
• Merchandise is sold through our Spreadshop store (https://letsbeatparkinsonsorg.myspreadshop.com), operated by Spreadshop, which handles orders, payment, production, shipping, returns, and exchanges.

When you use these services, your transaction is also governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the operation of these third-party services. Please see our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for more information.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to: violate any law; infringe the rights of others; submit false or misleading information; harass, abuse, or harm others; upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code; collect personal information about others; or interfere with the security or operation of the Site.
