This Privacy Policy explains how Rengifo Parkinson's Foundation Inc. ("the Foundation," "we," "us," or "our"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Miami, Florida, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit letsbeatparkinsons.org (the "Site").

Donations and merchandise (third-party services)

Donations are made through our Square donation page (https://rengifo-parkinsons-foundation-inc.square.site), which is operated by Square. Merchandise is sold through our Spreadshop store (https://letsbeatparkinsonsorg.myspreadshop.com), which is operated by Spreadshop and handles orders, payment, shipping, and returns. When you use these services, the information you provide (such as your name, address, and payment details) is collected and processed by those companies under their own privacy policies, not this one.
